I was in Uganda for 3 years.I have toured the entire deep stretch. Jinja looks like erie wetern movie set to me Some african guys and girls are cunning. The average age of an ugandan is 35 to 38 by estimate. HIV and AIDs kill them. On parliament street in Kampala after 7 pm we see hordes of Ugandan girls /Rwandan girls offering themselves for sex. All the newspapers talk about sex only. Many Govt. officials have illicit sex in the day time. It is like having coffee or tea for them. It is appalling. Even in Bombay in India the sex tourism is thriving. The main customers are from Saudi Arabia and Gulf countries. They spread AIDs all over the world. The HIV /AIDs is taking victims and leaving the children orphans. But the aid given to governments are used by the Govt officials and Babus for their selfish ends. Even now cash trade is on very much in Africa particularly Uganda. I saw a few purchasing a car Pajero with cash bundles. Black money is rampant. Plane loads of Israelites and Russians throng around the pubs and lodges of Kasanga/ many lodges and restaurants in Kismenti in Kampala. They dance through the night and have sex and get money for sex and fly back to return after 3 months.This is an organised international trade. When you develop a feeling of rendering help to the local children please see these downsides as well which is a reality. Again there is a coltan reserve in northern Uganda.Coltan is a mineral and USA and other private sector firms are mining these from Congo forests.The news is appearing in local newspapers. please comment on all these activities.These children are from prostitution by the locals with the whites. act many Europeans visit Uganda for sex purely for sex and leave many girls pregnant. Some people like you go and sympathize and set up orphanages. Think of a comprehensive solution. Whites cannot meddle like this in India. Cannot leave children through prostitution. Bangkok is a prostitutes country in asia, what ever glamour of tourism is added as a message. If moral values of some are low without responsibility why we should go out to set right this rather than the lo moral individuals by strict laws and punishments in their own country.
